As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you enjoy helping to spread the word about products and services people really want. You love to celebrate what works and figure out the reasons why something doesn’t so that it can be fixed. You leave things more organised than when you found them, and you are on an ongoing quest to learn more about the digital marketing industry. You look after your health and get enough sleep. You move fast, but check the details. And you understand the impact your work has on a growing organisation.

Your main tasks will include

• Audience research
• Copywriting: ads, emails, sales pages, Messenger bot flows
• Funnel builds: landing pages, Messenger bots, email sequences
• Image and video creation/edit
• Campaign analysis and optimisation where needed, in consultation with our media buyers
• Client liaison when the Account Manager’s on a break

• A love of writing well, and learning how to write better
• Reasonable skills with video editing software 
• Ability to analyse data to see the patterns and the levers for growth.
• A drive to get smarter at your job through in-house and broader training, and through actually reading books
